The physics colloquium serves as the platform for physical sciences in the area of Munich.
It is coorganized by both universities and related Max Planck institutes.
The talks take place on Mondays 17:15 h, alternating between Garching and Munich.
They also feature a 'students-only' event to meet the speakers.
Two neutron stars collide and explode:
